1. Shipping Methods and Timelines:

We offer standard shipping for all orders within the specified regions. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

2. Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship pan India.

4. Exchange Policy:

We understand that sometimes preferences change. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:

- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Email us at kogoshi.in@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new item you would like to receive.
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Exchange Process:

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its eligibility for exchange, we will process the exchange as soon as possible. A confirmation email will be sent, and the new item will be shipped to you with standard shipping. Please do note that we reserve the right to reject any items sent to us for exchange if the item is not in it's original condition, worn or alike. In such a scenario, the item will be shipped back to you along with a confirmation mail and tracking information.

6. Non-Refundable Policy:

Please note that we do not offer refunds, we only offer exchange in case you recieve wrong/unwated size or color. All sales are final. Make sure to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
